Strawberry banana smoothie

Ingredients

1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced

6 fresh or frozen strawberries

1 cup plain or frozen yogurt

12 cup fruit sherbet

Ground nutmeg (optional)

 

Directions

Put all ingredients into a blender. Whirl until smooth. Serve in tall glasses

and garnish with a slice of fresh fruit or a sprinkle of ground nutmeg.

Yield: 2 servings.
